Within its 2022 real estate investment portfolio, DONE has initiated a project on a 30-acre site located in Fak Dere Bay, Antalya – Kaş, which boasts spectacular sea and island views and is centrally situated. The design phase of the property has been completed, and investments commenced as of 2023. The Monos Glamping project comprises 33 detached units, a Restaurant & Bar, and Spa facilities. It is anticipated to complete the developments within the 2025 season, positioning it as a key player in DONE’s alternative tourism investments.
